Welcome to K&A Collection! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of thrifted men’s clothing (e.g., Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and etc,.) from our store located in Calan Proper, Brgy. Poblacion, Cordova Cebu, Philippines.
By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Products and Orders
We sell thrifted, preloved men’s clothing. Each item is unique and sold as-is. Sizes, brand tags, and descriptions are provided for each item. Please review product photos and descriptions carefully before placing an order.
2. No User Account Required
You do not need to create an account to place an order. You will only be required to provide your name, email address, contact number, delivery address, and payment information during checkout.
3. Payment
All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We accept payments through GCash and bank transfer. Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver nationwide in the Philippines. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times will be provided but are not guaranteed.
5. Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:
- If the item was not received by the customer due to courier issues or confirmed loss.
- If the customer paid for an item that turned out to be out of stock due to inventory updates.

All items sold are thrifted or preloved, which means some may have cut tags or minor imperfections such as small stains, fading, or loose threads. However, not all items have these issues — in fact, the majority of our products are in “good as new” condition.
➡️ Any visible flaws will always be clearly indicated in the product photos and/or description. Please understand that thrift items are not brand-new, and slight imperfections are normal due to their secondhand nature.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully check the photos and read the descriptions before placing an order.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the purchase of our products.
